Acceptable Use Policy

1. What SendShoot is for

SendShoot is for photographers to deliver their work to their clients, and for clients to view, choose and download it. It isn’t a public image host, a file-sharing service or a content delivery network. Please don’t use it as one.

2. Content you must not upload or share

• Child sexual abuse material, of any kind. We have zero tolerance. We remove it, close the account and report it to the relevant authorities.
• Intimate or sexual images of anyone who hasn’t consented to them being shared, and any sexual content involving someone under 18.
• Content that is illegal where you or your client are, or that promotes serious harm or violence.
• Content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
• Content that harasses, threatens, defames or discriminates against people.
• Malware, phishing pages, or files designed to damage or gain access to systems.

3. Things you must not do

• Try to get around a gallery’s passcode, guess passcodes, or access a gallery you weren’t given.
• Probe, scan or test the Service’s security, or disrupt it, without our written permission.
• Scrape the Service, or use automated tools to overload it.
• Get around plan limits, for example by creating several free accounts for one business.
• Resell or rebrand the Service without our agreement.
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
• Pretend to be someone else, or misrepresent your connection to a person or business.

4. What happens if this policy is broken

We may remove content, switch off a gallery, or suspend or close an account, depending on how serious the problem is. Where it’s reasonable, we’ll contact you first and give you a chance to fix it. In serious cases, or where the law requires it, we’ll act straight away and may report the matter to the authorities.

We don’t look through photographers’ galleries as a matter of routine. We act on reports, on legal requests and on signs of abuse.

5. Reporting a problem

To report content or behaviour that breaks this policy, email support@sendshoot.com with the gallery link and a short description. For copyright complaints, please follow our Copyright & Takedown Policy so we have what we need to act.
