1. Our approach

Photographers use SendShoot to deliver their own work, and we respect creators’ rights. If you believe something on SendShoot infringes your copyright, tell us and we’ll look into it promptly.

2. Sending a takedown notice

Email support@sendshoot.com with the subject “Copyright notice” and include:

1. your name, address, phone number and email address;
2. a description of the work you believe has been infringed;
3. the gallery link, and which photos, so we can find them;
4. a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorised by you, your agent or the law;
5. a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them; and
6. your physical or electronic signature, such as your typed full name.

Because galleries are private, we may need you to send the link and passcode you were given. Knowingly false notices can have legal consequences, so please check before you send.

3. What we do next

If a notice is complete, we remove or disable the photos concerned and let the photographer know, including a copy of the notice with your personal contact details removed where we can. If a notice is missing information, we’ll ask you for it.

4. If your photos were taken down

If you’re a photographer and believe your photos were removed by mistake, or that you have the right to use them, email us a counter-notice with:

1. your name, address, phone number and email address;
2. which photos were removed and where they were;
3. a statement, in good faith, explaining why you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification; and
4. your physical or electronic signature.

We’ll send the counter-notice to the person who complained. Unless they tell us within 10 working days that they’ve started legal proceedings, we may restore the photos.
