Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we prorate the difference.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), debit cards, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Is there really a free trial?
Yes! All plans come with a full-featured 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. Test unlimited uploads, client proofing, AI search, and all features. If you love it, subscribe. If not, no charge.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
On the Starter plan, if you exceed 50 shoots in a month, we'll notify you and suggest upgrading to Professional (unlimited shoots). We won't cut off access mid-month. Professional plan has no shoot limits, only a 1,000 image-per-shoot cap.
Do you offer annual plans?
Yes! Annual plans save 20% compared to monthly billing. Starter is $182/year (save $46), Professional is $470/year (save $118). Pay once, use for 12 months.
What's included in Enterprise pricing?
Enterprise is custom-priced based on your needs. Includes: white-label branding, API access for automation, custom integrations with your existing tools, dedicated account manager, priority phone support, and custom storage solutions. Contact us for a quote.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?
We offer refunds within 14 days of your initial purchase if SendShoot isn't the right fit. For ongoing subscriptions, you can cancel anytime to avoid future charges, but we don't refund partial months.
Is there a discount for nonprofits or students?
Yes! We offer 30% off all plans for registered nonprofits and 50% off for students. Contact us with your nonprofit registration or student ID for verification.
