Questions about plans and billing.
Yes. The free plan includes every feature, with 5 GB of storage, 3 live shoots at a time and up to 300 photos per shoot. There’s no card to enter and no time limit.
No. SendShoot doesn’t sell prints or products, so there’s nothing to take a cut of. You pay a flat plan price, or nothing on the free plan.
A shoot that’s been shared and hasn’t expired. Drafts and expired shoots don’t count towards the free plan’s limit. Paid plans have unlimited live shoots.
Yes, any time from Billing. If you cancel, you keep your paid plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then move to the free plan. Your photos aren’t deleted.
Prices are in US dollars. Payments are handled by Polar, our merchant of record, which adds sales tax or VAT at checkout where it applies.
Yes. If SendShoot isn’t right for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment on a paid plan for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
