Refund Policy
Effective and last updated 23 September 2026 · Asika Emmanuel Digital Enterprise, trading as SendShoot
Cancel any time, and if it isn’t working out in the first 14 days, get your money back.
1. Cancelling
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from Billing in the app. You keep your paid features until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then your account moves to the free plan. Your photos aren’t deleted because you cancelled, but you’ll need to be within the free plan’s limits to upload more or share new shoots.
2. 14-day refund on your first payment
If SendShoot isn’t right for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment on a paid plan, monthly or yearly, and we’ll refund that payment in full. This applies once per account.
3. Renewals
We don’t usually refund renewals, or the unused part of a billing period after you cancel. If you meant to cancel a yearly plan and email us within 14 days of it renewing, we’ll refund the renewal as long as you haven’t used the paid features since.
4. Mistakes and outages
If you were charged twice or charged by mistake, we’ll refund the extra charge. If a serious fault on our side stopped you using SendShoot for a significant part of a billing period, tell us and we’ll put it right, usually with a refund or credit.
5. How to ask for a refund
Email support@sendshoot.com from your account’s email address and say which payment you’re asking about. Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record, so the refund comes back through Polar to your original payment method. It usually takes 5 to 10 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
