The workflow

A wedding delivery that doesn’t fall apart.

Most wedding deliveries happen in pieces: a sneak peek on social media, a shared folder a few weeks later, a list of album choices over email, and a final set of edits in yet another link. Each hand-off is a chance for the couple to lose track, or for you to lose a message.

SendShoot keeps the whole thing in one gallery. The couple opens the same link every time, the header tells them what’s happening (“Pick your favourites”, then “Your retouched photos are ready”), and their album picks sit on the photos themselves, with notes. You work from a checklist of filenames instead of a thread.

It depends on your plan: 300 photos per shoot on Free, up to 3,000 on Business, within your plan’s storage. Most full weddings fit comfortably on the Basic or Pro plans.

Yes. Turn on picks, set how many album photos you need and a deadline. They heart, add notes and send you the list, which becomes your checklist.

Yes. Share a small set straight after the wedding, then add the full gallery to the same shoot. The link and passcode stay the same.

Only people with the link and passcode. The couple can share it with family. If you’d rather a wider audience saw it, you can switch the passcode off.

Choose 30, 60 or 90 days per shoot. When it expires, the couple can ask you to reopen it, and you can in one click while the photos still exist.
